A: Hello JBR- The 505's that we do have do contain a small 1% of elastane and are 99% cotton. They do have slight stretch for ease of movement for the wearer.

A: The tag on the pants says stretch not regular fit. It works well for me but they do have a slight stretch to the material feel versus the regular fit levis and they are comfortable.

A: They are pre-shrunk. So they might shrink a little bit if you dry them in a dryer after washing. Recommend buying a size up, if you plan on machine drying the jeans after washing.

The pants were of terrible quality. They had a defect, which I'll try to show in the photo. I couldn't return them because I received them on the day of my trip. The quality gets worse every year. I don't recommend buying these pants

I recently purchased a pair of 505 Levi jeans on line. When they arrived, I tried them on, & they fit perfectly. I removed the tags & washed them in cold water. When I put them on to wear them, the button hole for the metal button had shrunk so that it is impossible to button them. This is the second time that this has happened. I now have 2 pair of new Levi’s that cannot be worn & cannot be returned as the tags were removed & they were washed. I have worn Levi’s for the past 50+ years, but unless their quality control improves, I will be forced to start wearing another brand.
