It was crisp, yet soft and delicious and you really couldn't tell it was made with cauliflower. I am impressed with the amount of protein in this entree. I have been searching for products with more protein to help keep me fuller longer, etc. I appreciate the higher fiber in this too. I absolutely loved the sauce. It's hearty and there's enough of it on the pizza. The crust is thin and crispy. The cheese is hot and melty. The only downside is I would love this to be available in a full size pizza because I want to share it with my family! 5/5 recommended! "I received a free product for the purpose of my review. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heated this up in the microwave as directed. I placed the unwrapped pizza on the silver side of the box. The length of time was way too long and made parts of the pizza get hard and burned looking. I have a lower wattage microwave than the box goes off so this should have been fine. The taste was okay, probably would have been better if it was not over cooked and hard. The cheese also didn't melt down very well. Needs some work overall.

I followed the microwave directions for my Cauliflower Crust 3 Cheese Pizza. The crust came out great, the cheese was good, the sauce was OK. I could taste a slight bitterness and got a slight numb feeling on my tongue so I assume there was some herb in the sauce that isn't quite right for me. Despite my issues with the sauce, I'll still buy this again because of the crust and the good dose of protein. Next time I'll add chopped onion to the top (and cook it in the regular oven since the microwave wouldn't work well for the onion.) I'd love it if this company would sell the Cauliflower Crust without anything on it so that I could make it with a sauce of my choosing.
