Works great, pleasant sweet taste
Put me to sleep in 30mins to an hour each time, never felt groggy the next day. The taste is pleasant, but very sweet, like squirting a flavored syrup in your mouth. I chased it with some water and was fine. I like the lower mg per serving so I can more easily dose myself.

Great product. Works perfectly!
This is very fast acting. Works exactly as it should. When I take it I sleep well, and wake up seeing fewer gray hairs if i take it every night. It seems to work better if you swallow the dropper amount first then chase it with a mouthful of water. Will buy again.

Really Works for Me
This is the only melatonin supplement that has ever done the job for me. Within 15 minutes of taking I am drowsy. Put down my book and I'm relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep. Has even helped when getting up in the middle of the night and getting back to sleep. Nothing has ever worked this well for me. I only take1.5-2 mg. That is one thing I like about the liquid with a dropper. You can regulate the amount you take and experiment with it to find what works for you.
