Help with Incontence issues
My family has been taking Life Extension Water-Soluble Pumpkin Seed Extract 262 mg 60 Veg Caps for several years. They assist with Incontence do help! I have found other things they seem to make better as well. I got off of them a while back, but came right back because I realized just how much they do help.

Bladder Control Supplement Test
Certainly helps with relaxing the urethra so one can go. Not as frequent urges and the ability to empty the bladder.

This product did not work well for me, however, I keep repurchasing it for my Father-in-Law and he loves these pills. They work well for him.

Caused upset stomach
Every time I took this I had an upset stomach, so unable to rate effectiveness since I had to stop taking it. I later learned pumpkin seed can cause upset stomach, so if you have acid reflux avoid this.
