I will be buying my fourth bottle tomorrow. I call this my unicorn for hair shedding reversal. What I’ve noticed by taking this daily and also applying it to my hair, is my hair feels, and looks healthier, ponytail is fuller , no more clumps of hair coming out in my hands. Some still sheds but it’s significantly less. Also, my hormones feel more regulated. I also use it on my hands for a little extra soothing protection from the winter weather. I’m overall very impressed with this. I’ll definitely be a customer for life. It’s simple, one ingredient, and natural, and best of all, it works! I absolutely love this. . Thank you to Havasu .

Definitely prefer this in a salad dressing (mentions on the package) since it is a bit nutty of a flavor. I didnt enjoy these at all when I mixed in water or other liquids. BUT the salad dressing or directly to the mouth with some water after is doable. Benefits are great, wish it wasn't so nutty though
