Pretty Good
I have only been using Havasu's Saw Palmetto + Nettle & Pumpkin Seed for about 3 weeks. That's really not enough time to give an accurate assessment of effectiveness, but it does seem to be helping with "flow". However, with such a high historical rating from tens of thousands of other reviews I was hoping for more of a dramatic improvement in prostate function. I currently give this product 4 stars. I ordered 2 bottles, and will probably order more based on the company's excellent reputation and the probable need for a longer test period.

Long time Havasu saw palmetto user.
Any one else notice the strong odor and taste? I have used the regular formula for many years. Thought I would try the 3X formula to see it it was any different.. I noticed a very strong taste and oder so bad its difficult to take. The smell is like an old bag of flour or an old box of cereal.

Sleeping more soundly
I have been getting up 3-4 times nightly to go to the restroom, I started taking your product with breakfast daily and it has reduced that to 1 or 2 times a night, it's so nice to get the extra uninterrupted sleep!

Good for bowel movement too
Most effective Ive used. Ive only taken for 1 week and I stopped peeing at night on the second night even when drinking alcohol before bed. I dont know why or how but bowel movements have improved.

Less hair shedding
An excellent vitamin we should be taking as we get older and our hair is not growing as thick as it once was. I have been taking this product for over a month and I can already see that there is not as much hair in my brush after brushing hair. I will continue to take.

Still Undecided on Benefits
The jury is still out. I have been taking Saw Palmetto for almost six months and I am not sure it is making a difference some days seem better and other days I don't notice any change. I will stay the course for another 90 days.

Satisfied with Havasu's product
60 year old male who needs saw palmetto to limit the frequent bathroom trips during the night. All saw palmetto are defiantly not the same. I was using a different manufacturer but they stop making this product. Tried a couple of others with less the satisfactory results until start using Havasu Nutritions product. Have reordered 3 times so far with great success.
