Much more than expected!

Reviewed in the United States on December 30, 2023This book seems like a cute little mountain life paperback from the cover, but it's so much more!

I am reading/answering questions slowly to get the most out of each chapter. I am a person who has gone non stop all my life and pausing isn't one of my strong suits. However, I am learning how to now due to health issues. This book is a new tool to help me in the slowing down process. I just sent one to a friend and pray it blesses them as well.
