With one 15,000K AC unit & the power converter operating, there is a very low amperage drop on the AC startup. If you want a good quality extension cord for a good price I highly recommend these products. This is the second cord appreciate this that I have ordered. I work in the electrical industry and I put extension cords to the test. I actually ordered the 50 foot 10/3 for my camper shoreline at home

A 6' or 8' would've been nice, but 10' works too. The bright color helps it stand out in our bonus area. It's new but has been working just fine so far.. Needed a relatively short 12G cord for the freezer
