Target allowed these shed to be put on their website at a much lower cost. I ordered it and then it was canceled because they made a mistake. Terrible.

The instruction booklet was well detailed and as a builder by profession it was appreciated. What could be better is if the boxes could be assembled in order. Parts were scattered in all 4 boxes. Most of the shed can be assembled by one person but certain steps do require 2 people. I like that the shed is strong and well built, we look forward to years of good service.

I bought this shed because of its size and price, having the windows and sky light are really helpful. Shelfing works well but don't overload them. I have had this unit for several years, I set this up myself no help instruction were very good.

I purchased a shed one year ago but due to a recent extreme heat wave some of the trim had warped. I emailed the company and they responded immediately and ordered me replacement trim free of charge! I’m so impressed with this company and with how they back their products and for the quickness they responded to my email.

I have arranged my shed so that both skylights and both windows are on one side as this faces our house. You can do this without any issue as the panels are interchangeable. I also added some exterior lighting to give the shed a better look and it certainly gives it a lovely finishing touch. Lifetime customer service is amazing as I messed up one of the window frames by using the wrong screws and they sent me a replacement one out free of charge within a couple of days! Where do you get service like this these days? One word of warning though, the assembly is extremely tedious so it requires time and patience as there are lots of parts/instructions but as long as you follow everything you’ll be fine! Very happy customer here, thank you Lifetime

We bought this shed 3 years ago and they just put two extensions on it to make it bigger. Great company, great employees, great shed, and great customer service. And especially Madison (Maddy) at the Riverdale store has been such a help to work with.

I purchased this thinking it was actually 11x11 which is a false statement . Lifetime should have some small print stating it is only actually a 10x10 footprint. They get 11x11 by measuring the overhang of the roof. If i would have known this i probably wouldn't of purchased there brand.

Florence managed to tear it from its foundation. I called Lifetime and they supplied all my damaged hardware for free. After ten years I tore this 11x11 down and moved to to a new house out of flood zone. I had some damage to wall sections and doors which I was able to repair using hollow core plastic anchors. If I had known that Lifetime was suppling the parts were free I would have asked for some panels but I can not complain as building is functional and is without leaks.

Excellent shed, had it for over ten years. My family gets rough and the door latches were broken along with some other self induced damage to the shed. Lifetime's customer service is awesome, they are sending and installing a new one to replace the old. What a great service!

We were missing a set of window frames and when I emailed Lifetime customer service about it, there was only one response...where can we send you the second set! And we had them within a week! I love my shed and appreciate how easy everything was!

I bought this on 4/20/2017. It took 2 weeks to be delivered from the department store. It arrives in 4 boxes each of which is like a heavy twin size bed. The most difficult part was making sure I had everything before I started the assembly. It took about an hour to go through the manual and cross reference all the parts to get an idea where all the parts went. Overall it took me basically by myself took 13 hours to put it together. You only really need another person for 3 parts of the assembly. I assembled my shed on a 11 x 11 concrete slab. Your foundation definitely needs to be level. The shed really looks in person like it does online. This shed stores alot of stuff and has plenty of head room.

Bought this shed about 5 years ago and have no complaints. This week a lower hinge on the door broke and when I discussed obtaining a replacement part with customer care, they asked for details and shortly after I received an email stating the part was ordered and would be shipped at no cost to me. This is an excellent shed, with many add on features that one would spend more money on to get later. Examples: Sky lights, windows that open and close, shelving, peg boards, full floor. I put the shed on a 12 X 12 foot concrete pad, making this much easier than a wood sub-floor. A few things to expect: The shed took every bit of 8 hours to build with three people. It is well-designed and requires that much time. Follow the instructions in exactly the order described. Failure to do so will almost certainly get one in trouble. Keep your staging area (the stuff in the boxes) separate from your construction area, and only grab what you need for the step you are working on. This reduces confusion.
