Lifetime Adjustable Youth Portable Basketball Hoop

The lady I spoke with stated it was under warranty and ordered the parts for me at NO CHARGE!! That is customer service and has made me a lifetime & lifelong customer of lifetime products! I bought this basketball hoop for my son for Christmas and I put the pole in backwoods and couldn’t get them apart so I called lifetime customer service. I was on the phone for only a p min and they are shipping new poles to me for no cost. I would definitely buy more products through lifetime

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the 20090 basketball hoop for my 6 year old son for Christmas. My husband made an error and took out the top pole that telescopes instead of leaving it inside and just pulling up on it. We were unable to get the bottom 3 poles apart. Called customer service and they instructed on how to get them apart. It unfortunately didn’t work. I was ready to just buy a new one, and the same one because of the quality of every part of it, but I instead called to see if I could just get replacement poles. I expected to pay for them and they didn’t even mention anything about purchasing them! I’m still in shock!!! They are sending us the 2 poles that need to be separated. I can’t wait to get it together for my son to start using. I know that he will have it for many many years because it is so sturdy and heavy duty.

I bought a basketball system for my son for Christmas. It was delivered on time, but I was not able to put it together with certain parts. Customer service helped me trouble shoot the problem and offered to send the parts needed asap. So nice!

I bought the basketball hoop set for my grandsons. It arrived really quickly, and the fun began. The instructions are very vague and hard to follow. The hardware is in a hard to open blister pack that is poorly labeled. I had to call customer service and they were great. Once i finished it, 2 hours of hard work it was fine. Putting the rim onto the backboard and mounting it on the pole requires at least 2 people

We bought a basketball hoop on a stand but we lost one of the unique screws and couldn't source one locally. Lifetime kindly posted out a replacement at no charge. Our basketball hoop is now assembled and is being well used. Great height for our kids, and can be adjusted as they grow (or become better at shooting at the basket). Easy to assemble so long as you don't lose the parts!

My kids basketball hoop was breaking off and they were really bummed. I called and even though it was due to rust (not covered by warranty), they very kindly did a one time courtesy replacement.

I needed to get extra parts and it was super easy and the agent was super helpful.

It was my fault I didn't follow the pole assembly instructions closely enough and could not get them apart. I called the customer service phone number and got a live human within 1 minute who was very courteous and directed me to a You Tube video demonstrating a method I could try to get them separated. I was to call them back if that didn't work (which it didn't because I really had hammered them together tight). My return call call the next day got me to another live human within 1 minute who cheerfully listened again to my story and arranged to have new poles sent out to me at NO COST. As it was my mistake, I expected to have to pay for the parts & shipping but LIFETIME took care of it. I was really startled at how awesome they responded to my problem. I couldn't be more pleased. That kind of customer service is rare and led me to take the time to even write this note.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a youth basketball system late last month and struggled assembling it i had no hope of completing it because the poles were stuck (find a way to improve please) but i emailed customer service and they were friendly i am receiving my poles on Monday which is great since it is located in America i am sadened that there are no branches in the uk. I hope you improve the quality of the poles and include tools within the package.

We were missing the wheels from the package. i contacted Lifetime and the wheels were shipped within days. Very friendly customer service.

I would suggest reading the instructions before even starting and to make it really easy -watch the video. I put it together myself so it’s not hard -now I just can’t wait for the grandkids to visit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product as it is inviting to kids and adolescents and not intimidating like some other massive basketball units. I was impressed how the designers kept the “spirit of the game” in a youth sized adjustable unit. Customer service is great, just got off the phone with Jonny regarding replacement of the bottom plug that we misplaced. We own many Lifetime products ( kids tables, chairs) and they really last!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have coached Youth basketball for 25 years and this season, my own 5 children. I am also lucky to be able to coach my own 6 Grandkids. Over the years I have tried several of the other brands each had good features but none have come close to the lifetime Hoops I have purchased. Presently I have a total of. my 3 basketball hoops in my backyard, I have one that is in the ground adjustable (10 yrs old) and 2 portable hoops (less than 2 yrs old) for indoor and out door use. I am very happy with all 3 of my hoops and I would give the highest recommendation to anyone that is in the market for a starter hoop or a quality regulation indoor or outdoor hoop. In the past 10 years I have used their customer service twice and both time the service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Parent to parent (or Grand Parent to Grand Parent) you will be more than satisficed with the Lifetime hoop. Coach to Coach You will be happy with the quality and the ease of use. AD to AD Once you buy a Lifetime product for your program you will always get great quick customer service without wasted time or stress. I bought this a few weeks ago and I put the tubing together wrong, I found this company to be very quick and helpful in resolving my problem.which resulted in new tubing being up sent to me.
