Q: Can you dunk a basket

A: I can not dunk on any system, but that doesn't mean YOU cannot. This system however, has a classic rim which is fixed and not necessarily designed for dunking. We do not recommend dunking on this one.

A: Yes, this system does come with a plastic base that you can fill with either water or sand to keep the unit upright.

A: You could yes, but then you could not ever empty it if need. We recommend filling the base with either sand or water.

A: The different measurements that are listed are for the size of the backboard that comes with the unit. The backboard measurement is the measurement from left to right.

Q: I live in a condo complex, so I will have to move this system in and out of my garage very often. Is it easy to move (by one person)? Also, what is the total height at its shortest setting?

A: The base has a set of wheels that can be used to move the system easily. You will need to tip the system onto the wheels so you may need the help of one other person depending on how strong you are. The total height of the unit when at the lowest height setting measures approximately 9.5'.

I bought this for my 7yr old boy and assembly was very straight forward. No issues. Stability after ball bouncing on backboard is great, almost no swaying at all! I filled it up with water. Spend a lot of time searching for different hoops but this was perfect since it retracts all the way to 7.5ft (hoop height) which is 9.5ft measured on the top of the backboard and clears the headroom inside my garage ceiling which makes storage possible for me.

The instructions do not make sense. Supplies do not match the instructions, there is no master supply list and it reads like they are google translated from another language. If you built one before you might be ok. You definitely need more than one person and a few different tools that are not included. I would have paid for it to be assembled if I knew it would be this weird. I haven’t tried adjusting the height of it’s easy I’ll come back and add a star but I doubt it will be easy.
