This yogurt is sheer perfection. The perfect combination of fruit and yogurt. The strawberry cheesecake flavor is to die for. Rich, thick and creamy. The perfect midafternoon or evening treat.

One of my favorite greek yogurts! The texture is smooth and creamy. The taste is amazing, the cheesecake flavor never lets me down. Its must for those trying to get in extra protein.

If you’re on keto and need a quick, sweet treat, try this. It’s not a fake strawberry taste, it tastes like New York cheese cake and real berries. It satisfies you more than candy. It can also be frozen which makes it even better. This product has helped me quit binging when I should be fasting. The protein keeps me full long and the sweetness curbs my sugar cravings. It’s a soft texture and feels like real berries in your mouth. They also go on sale and the value for what you get, doubles. They’re already a good deal for the protein amount. Do yourself a favor and freeze a couple and then blend them with some oat milk and fruit. Protein dessert whenever you need. I buy them in bulk on sale when I can. This is my favorite flavor because it feels like I’m cheating on my keto diet. The ingredients aren’t horrible either, Light & Fit seem to have great researchers who keep up to date on diet and keto trends. You can have about 1-2 a day depending on your keto adherence. Sugar free whipped cream on top really seals the deal. Macros are exceptional at: 9 carbs, 7-9 grams of sugar, 80 calories, and 12 whole grams of protein (opposed to normally 6g in their other forms of yogurt) Dieting doesn’t have to be tasteless!

The strawberry cheesecake tastes just like ACTUAL strawberry cheesecake! It is so good and smooth, it’s good for you! The toasted coconut is my favorite!

Obsessed with the creme brûlée flavor—SO good! It had the perfect amount of sweetness and was super satisfying. Strawberry cheesecake is good too, but the creme brûlée flavor really takes the cake!

These come in a duo flavor pack. These two are my favorite light and fit brand flavor. They have no syrup or puree. It’s just a thick yogurt texture and is smooth no chunks. Recommend this #1!

These are so richy, creamy and flavorful! My entire family loves them and I feel good knowing that it's a healthy snack with quality ingredients that's full of protein. These are also a hood value compared to other brands and they have done a great job with their packaging. Who wouldn't want to try these?
