Q: Has anyone tried only cooking in the microwave?? Looking for a sandwich type snack that doesn’t require toaster - - disabled senior might get burned using :-(

A: Hello! Thank you for asking. We do not recommend only using the microwave as you will not get the crispy, buttery sandwich experience. However, you can prepare in an air fryer for the same experience as the toaster. Prep instructions: 1. Unwrap sandwich 2. Set air fryer to 330F 3. Place in air fryer basket 4. Cook for 4-5 minutes 5. Flip over and cook another 4-5 minutes Enjoy!

Of course the picture on the box looks like there is more in it than there is but I think if there was any more I’d be worried about it dropping into the toaster and making a mess. The preparation instructions were fairly easy to follow. I think it could have been a little more clear on how to tell if they were fully cooked. The cheese and meat ratio to the bread was a bit off. There was one slice of cheese and a couple of tablespoons of peppered ground beef. There was a lot of empty/bare bread around the filling. Both of my kids ate the entire sandwich, so they seemed thoroughly impressed. If they were on sale, I could see purchasing them again in the future as a fun meal option for the kids.

I was thoroughly surprised. It comes with two sandwiches. That was surprising as well. So, I gave my friend the other one and I wish i didn't because after I tasted it. I wanted it all to myself, lol. So, I went to the store the next day and looked for more, but only the original was available. So, I purchased. It wasn't the same as the garlic bread sandwich, but it was still good. Garlic bread is the best flavor! I'm definitely buying more

Not the best
It was not the best, won’t be getting them again. Thought it would be a decent quick little snack and it wasn’t worth the calories. There was basically half a slice of cheese on there and when toasted it dried out. Added more cheese myself to make it somewhat edible. Meat was.. a little weird but I’ve had worse.

Toasty to perfection

My husband and I both had the cheeseburger grilled cheese, and thought they were a really tasty option for a quick snack. The temperature was good out of the microwave and toaster, but my husband was a little sad that he couldn’t take these to work since the heating instructions required both a microwave AND toaster, which his work doesn’t have a toaster. But for a quick home snack they’re tasty and we will definitely buy more of these to see if our toddler likes them as well!
