Q: How tall is the bottom shelf clearance? My plumbing will only allow 3.2 " of clearance in order for the bottom shelf to close completely.

Q: Can it completely slide off the track to allow access to the garbage disposal? Our cabinet doesn’t allow complete open access like the product pictures.

Q: I've lined my undersink cabinet with a waterproof mat which I'd rather not puncture. Is this unit stable freestanding? Do you have suggestions for mounting the unit without puncturing my undersink mat?

A: For the best results you would need to drill through or remove that section of the mat if possible.

I think this product is grossly overpriced, but it was the only thing that matched what I was looking for. It was very difficult to assemble, I had to use a hammer to get the pieces together. Secondly, it seems my cabinet isn’t compatible with the item, but this wasn’t made clear until the end of assembly. The instructions need to be updated, and cabinet compatibility should be made clear to the consumer.

Smooth tracks, lots of great space. Smaller items may get tipped over by the spaces between the bars, but that is not a problem on the top rack where it comes with a plastic sheet to prevent things falling through.
