A lot small amount and a lot higher price. Bring back the old way or I will drink a different brand. What you decide will show how much you care about the consumer or just the dollar.

Terrible replacement
This Lipton ice tea was changed, it used to make 24 or 28 quarts, and take a forth cup to make a 2 quart container. Now it says it makes 10 quarts and says it takes 2 tablespoons to make a 2 quart container…. This is not true, it still takes a forth cup to get flavor. So this container maybe makes 4 quarts…. Very disappointing because I love this ice tea, but it is so not worth the money now

Ridiculous size change. Somebody should be fired. Definitely moving on to some other (ANY other) brand.

Over priced
Not worth the price. Only 10 quarts mix per container compared to the 28 quarts per container it replaced.

Not the best changes
It seems more concentrated than the old formula so you use less per serving. For some reason they chose to only fill the container half full and I think they have changed the formula as well, thus the lower rating.

Only small containers available now.
I love the product, but, i dont want to buy it in tiny little canisters at overpriced rates. bring back the glass jars. I want the bigger containers. If they dont become available again, im moving on to someone else.

How and why?
The taste is ok. Not the same. This iced tea has changes packaging about 4 times in the past 5 years. And now it's less than 1/3 the size. Sure it's less expensive. But LESS THAN ONE THIRD THE SIZE. The old packaging was over 8oz. These new snack size Pringle can sized jars of tea are just over 2oz. Shame on Lipton. The 8oz was 8-9$. This new 2oz can is 6.59$! Lipton lost a customer of over 40 years. And it sucks because I loved this product for decades! Signed Disappointed and disgusted.

love this zero sugar iced tea because of zero sugar and taste like a regular iced tea. also my husband bec of diabetes. just thing is disappointed that product changed to 10qt small size. it would be good size if go on trips. what happened to 28qt? why cant you make both 10qt and 28qt.

New teeny tiny can
So now the can is only 2.9 ounces, making 10 quarts for not much less than the old can that made 28 quarts. That’s some impressive shrinkflation. I wish I had noticed the weight before I ordered it. The tiny can is adorable but that doesn’t really help.

Bring back the Jar!
I have been drinking the Diet Lipton Tea in the jar my whole life. There is nothing better than the taste of that tea. This mix is not even close. Please bring the old tea back!!!!
