Q: I see it has a on/off switch to light up. Obviously a very small battery. Can the battery be replaced when it goes out? Thank you & Happy Holidays to the wonderful people who work at Target!!

A: Yes you can replace it. There is a tiny screw that holds on the bottom plate.

Q: Is there supposed to be one hole in the tree itself (where a light would be)? I found two in store, and both have a light "missing" in different spots on the tree.

A: No they have colored bulbs in every hole. There should not be any missing..... mine are complete.

A: Hello Lisa - Thank you for your Question! When set in the "timer" mode, the lights automatically turn on and off on a 6 hours on, 18 hour off cycle. The timer starts the moment the switch setting is placed in to the "Timer" mode. I hope it helps - Juliette.

Yes, these trees are super cute. Have a gold string to be hung as well. I loved that there is a timer! I bought 4 of these, put on timer setting. All 4 would turn on and be decently bright, but within an hour they were all flickering and dimming very quickly. Hard to see the lights. I returned 2 but kept 2 just cuz they are cute & retro even if not lit up. Hopefully next years model they can fix the lighting issues! I would not pay full price for these

Super cute item, battery pack was only glued in two places so it had fallen out in transit. Very lucky this was not broken during shipping as it was thrown in a box with some pants and a sheet of brown paper. Also the tree is missing one light, but it’s at the bottom so at least it’ll be easy to hide. Glad I got it, but won’t be taking a chance ordering the bigger tabletop pieces.

It’s adorable! Very cute, and lights up. However. I ordered mine, and it was loose in the box, which contained other delicate ornaments. No wrapping or padding, and this is a spiky, ceramic piece with lights. Two of the lights had broken off (I glued them back into the slots) and *luckily* nothing else in the box was damaged but, come on. This should have been packaged better. It’s incredible that it didn’t arrive in pieces, and that it didn’t damage anything else it shipped with.

I ordered 10 of these none of them broke , But one of them doesn’t light up. I tried to order another one but there sold out I don’t like disappointing my grand children I got these because these were a favorite of their grandmother They are beautiful And I’ll try and order again. Well…I ordered three of these in green as there were none available at my local Target. I bought two white ones in store. The green ones were well wrapped and in perfect condition except all three were missing the bottom compartment that contains the battery. So no way to light them up! For the price I went ahead and kept them. But boy does the quality control in the shipping department need some refining. I could have understood one missing its battery compartment. But all three - that’s a bit ridiculous especially when there is a tag which is specifically designed to address the battery function. Those tags were on all three. Just an FYI when ordering these cute ornaments.
