Fence Feeder
Good sturdy feeder. Fence rails need to be fairly close together though so bucket doesn't push through the rails while the horse pushes on it eating the feed. We have ours on metal rails so we use a couple of zip ties to hold it on. Seems to work well. Our horses like to eat their pellets and supplements out of it.

Fence Feeder
It is not as large as I thought it would be. OK for a smaller horse. I was feeding a WarmBlood and her nose didn't fit in so well. My Tennessee Walker has a smaller nose and is not an aggressive eater. It works great for her.

Disappointed
Very disapointed in size and plastic thickness. It would be great for a goat but not a horse. The feeder I was sent was round not square like the picture.

Does what it's supposed to do
I wanted two feeders I could put on the pasture fence at different heights. So my mini would not steal the horse's supplements. Works great :)

Perfect size

It is not like the picture, mine was a round!
This is great for shows or to make large supplements like beet pulp and not having to tranfer bucket to bucket. However, I was expecting a feeder that was square, not round. It was hard to keep balanced once it was on the rail, but for the price it gets my job done. Just wished it was matching the picture.

Will not fit on panel fences or doors. Does not fit on barn master stall doors or panels. Use to store stuff in because too small of clearance to hang

Great Feeder!
This is a really great feeder for those situations where you have to move your horse to a different stall or pasture and you don't have to unscrew or unglue a bucket from a fence or stall! Without any glue, nails, screws or even hooks this fence feeder makes moving and transporting a breeze! It's very strong and durable and can be used for water or feed. I haven't noticed any wear to my fence feeder other than a little mud. The plastic makes cleaning very simple. The fun colors are very true to the pictures as well! It's definitely a great feeder to have!

I am actually using this in my cross ties to hold sweat scraper, brushes, shampoo, etc. It hangs level and is a very sturdy plastic so it should hold up well outside for a long time. Love it!

Good product for the value
I ordered the 8qt, but I really needed the 12qt for my mare and her large face. It works well though. I do not have it nailed down, so she gets it off the fence easily, but has not destroyed it yet. Pretty durable for her not to break it in the cold weather! I would recommend the 12qt for a normal size horse and to either nail or screw it to the fence.
