I gifted this book, along with 'Little Leaders', to my 7yo niece and 8yo nephew for Christmas. Both are outstanding! I can't recommend enough. I was so excited to see an age-appropriate, honest book discussing true heroes in Black History. Some, we learned about in school when I was their age, but mostly, there's a lot of the ones we didn't. Hopefully, your little ones will be just as inspired. ❤
