They seem very sturdy and chairs are stackable which was important to me. They sit on a covered deck with a lot of wind from the lake. Also 2 of the chairs were damaged from the factory (not in shipping) and they sent 2 new chairs without any trouble. Would definitely advise covering for the winter. Hope they do not fade from the sun!

I'm giving this little set 5 stars because for its price point it is quite nice. Chairs come in one box fully assembled, table in box 2, piece of cake to set up. Chairs were well protected in box, ditto table - not a scratch or defect anywhere. Heavier than I expected, winds won't carry it away. Further, it is SO hard to find smaller, attractive and well made outdoor dining sets for smaller lanais (patios) in stock on Maui, HI. I was further discouraged, as many mainland online retailers don't ship to Hawaii or charge expensive shipping fees. I reeled this is with an additional 10% discount that nicely offset the reasonable $65. Shipping fee and that was EXPEDITED! Even if I get a few years out of it it's still a deal, but I suspect it will last much longer.
