[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this bracelet for my nephew 4.5 months ago because he saw my bracelet I had from Lokai and he had to have it. Love the design so I ordered him one and still haven’t gotten it nor had Lokai told me why they couldn’t refund me or just send the gift to my nephew to Israel. Quite disappointed but I was hoping it would turn around and do better for the clientele.
