Chair looks soft and comfortable but is hard. My body gets sore from sitting in it.

Comfortable but caution, when you lean forward the bottom goes all the way to the floor. Found out the hard way when it broke my big toe so purchased furniture risers to keep from breaking anyone else’s

I really like this chair and I think it’s really comfortable, but I don’t like the idea that it seems to only have one setting either sit up or when you pull the lever you’re practically laying flat. There’s nothing in between like just lifting your feet up slightly as you watch TV. Is my chair the only one that does that? I actually bought this chair in 2020 and I thought it was my fault and that I selected a chair that didn’t do what I needed to do which is to have three different settings. Only recently I started questioning because it kept nagging at me.

I had hoped the chair would be softer. It's a bit firm. But it looks nice.

I like the chair, however, the leg rest is not long enough. My feet hang over, which makes it uncomfortable.

It's okay, I just had neck surgery, was hoping the back was higher to provide neck support. And it's hard to let back down from recline position

The handle is too low for my wife who is not a short person, she’s 5’5 and can barely reach the handle also the back lays back on a slant and doesn’t sit up straight even when the chair is not reclined! The chairs are very comfortable, the color is exactly as shown in picture online, I wish I could’ve gotten the price that was offered a few days after I purchased both recliners!

Product was poorly constructed & there is a tapping sound in the headrest on rt side when you turn your head to that side. Would not recommend to anyone!

Very comfortable, smooth operating mechanism. Actually saw this same chair in a rental condo while I was shopping for a new recliner so had a chance to try it out before purchasing.

I had purchased this chair a couple years ago. I really liked it and ordered this one which had the same product number. When it arrived, it was not at all like the one I had. The fabric was not the same; the width and depth were smaller; and, when reclined, it was not comfortable. I ended up giving the chair away and ordered a Hazenburg chair which I love.

I love my new chair. It's very comfortable even my cat loves it now that he can fit in it with me.

The recliner is comfortable. At first is a little stiff but, once you start to use it, gets softer.

Comfortable, most importantly, and attractive. 2nd one we've owned. Very happy

Very nice, comfortable. Only two wishes- 1- wish the armrests were at least 2” higher. 2- wish the tension on the reclining back was adjustable, (so when your feet are up, the back isn’t so inclined to go back as easily)

Good for tall men although my guy thinks it's uncomfortable because it's stiff. Hoping that will go away after some use.

Seemed uncomfortable at first but then realized my back was adjusting to the support where I actually needed it. At 6’-3”/270lbs I was looking for a larger size. Overall, fit the bill and would have given it 5 stars if it didn’t take so much force to close.

Some spots of the chair and on the foot left you can feel metal and wood so some of it’s not comfortable depending on how you’re sitting in the chair. I wish it was a little bit more thicker so that I wouldn’t feel the metal and wood.

Comfortable - a bit oversized but well worth the price.
