Review Quotes
"A complex and very interesting book. It reveals aspects of Dallapiccola's life and production that are highly relevant for the definition of his poetics"
"Mario Ruffini and Franco Sciannameo's new volume on Dallapiccola will be greatly welcomed for its detailed examination of several important aspects of the composer's life and output, including some fascinating American connections. In particular, and perhaps most crucially, it brings to the fore the enormous influence of the composer's wife and artistic partner, Laura Coen Luzzatto, on his musical and cultural development."
