Helps you get full-spectrum light, especially if you can’t get outside much. Also helps with with S.A.D. I’ve seen these light sold elsewhere for much more. Thank you Swanson for helping me afford these and having great prices and promos!!!

Not sure how to rate.....I love how the lights make me feel...but a scary thing happened....ONE of the bulbs BLEW UP in my kitchen unit.....shattering glass all over my table, into my husbands salad, and onto the floor. Luckily, we weren't actually in the room when it happened, so no one was injured, but just 6 days prior my 3 year old great nephew had been visiting, and we spent a lot of time under that bulb.

I do not llike them at all. They act like a 100 watt not an 150 watt. The frosting totally ruins the ight.

I really enjoy these bulbs. The light that they give off is beautiful. I still use incandescent bulbs, but the light from the Chromalux bulb even better (less yellow). Swanson offers these bulbs for a great price.
