Crunch!!!
I love these rice cakes. I like crunch and when you spread toppings on them they do not fall apart. My favorite is mashed avocado. Organic is a plus.

Too salted
Those rice cakes are crunchy and quite good compared with other local brands but even though it's written "lightly salted", the amount of salt is really high. I wish the amount of salt would be just enough to make those cakes tasty but not salty. I also find this brand to be quite expensive for the few contained ingredients.

I have tried this product from retail stores prior to ordering from Swanson's. It is an average, healthy product that can be used in place of bread with a topper such as nutritional nut butters. I like the fact that is made with brown rice, rather then white. The only problem I had this time was that they seemed to crumble when i took them out of the package. This has never happened before when I purchased them at stores, so i am not sure if it was due to the shipment process.

Healthy and delicious
These Lundberg organic rice cakes have been a go-to food for years. With organic peanut butter and jelly, I eat one as breakfast on hectic workday mornings. If you have kids, it's a great alternative to nutrition-less white bread or fried chips. The price is right, but my complaint in regards to ordering these from Swanson is that they are packed loosely in the box with everything else. In my last order, both bags of Lundberg rice cakes were significantly compromised with lots of breakage. I encourage Swanson to figure a way to ship these without these issues.
