Thought these would be safe for me to eat, because the ones I’m used to in England always have been. Realized almost too late that these use a wheat-based version of one of the usual ingredients. I am very allergic to wheat. I check allergen information diligently, but didn’t initially think to do so for a product that I’ve previously established as safe (and that doesn’t look any different). Glad I avoided anything worse than a contact reaction inside my mouth, at least, but I’m gonna have to warn my family not to get these for me at any point.
