    Disappointed shopper!

    I was super disappointed when I received this bag and began to realize that almost every piece in the bag was crushed and destroyed. Part of the enjoyment with this particular product is biting into the candy and tasting the caramel come oozing out. It’s messy just trying to eat the chocolate and the caramel is stuck to the paper so you can forget that! What a waste of money!

    Good product poor shipping quality

    The chocolate candy is very good as long as it is not smashed, crushed, turned into a sticky mess, due to poor shipping container and rough handling. Items should be bubbled wrapped and held more tightly to prevent shipping damage. Thank-you

    Disappointed Big Time

    I really enjoy the Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Squares - WHEN they are not squashed in the bag. First three are all broken and I'm not anyone who wants to lick a caramel square wrapper - the whole idea is to open a square (why do you make THAT so difficult??) and enjoy a treat. Pretty sure I know what is happening as I purchased this product many times. Either the store personnel is not properly placing the package on the shelves OR the store uses some company to stock your candy. Bottom line is you cannot "jam" these Squares on the shelf. What a waste - why buy these again? Plus your form says we can submit photos which I have and your form does not allow me to upload the photos. Do disappointed X 2. You do a GREAT job with your terms and conditions - personally pretty overboard in my opinion. So if you want pictures just let me know. Mention to your IT department that they should fix the remarks to also allow backspacing with a cursor.. Brutal.
