Excellent food based powder. Almost all organic. Dissolves well in hot or cold, often mix with tea. I prefer to fill the scoop a quarter full with each use so it does not overwhelm my beverage. Use it twice per day.

MacroLife Miracle Reds compare favorably to...
Food Science of Vermont's Superior Reds. I have used both products and feel the Miracle Reds are ahm superior. These are the ony two products on Swanson's site that have the reds. Miracle Reds are 70% organic, non-GMO and raw. 3 biggies I always look for in products. It was beneficial in helping me through a phase of abstaining from coffee and is a great way to get the antioxidents, enzymes and probiotics to start the day. I've found the simplest way to consume this product it to put a spoonful directly into my mouth and let it dissolve a few seconds and chase it with water,coffee or juice. No spills, no mess. BTW this makes a good middle of the morning pick -me -up.

WARNING
Not wanting to mix another daily drink, I ordered the powder in packets. Easier to carry and mix at will. 12 packets for about $18, which equates to about $45/mo.!! I no longer see the packets offered. To spread out the cost, I sprinkled the powder (similar to KoolAid) on toast - very, very sweet. Not taking one per day, I see no difference whatsoever. I just continue eating red berries -- real food. Oh, the WARNING? Back of the box --"contains lead". Sooo, how much lead is acceptable?

The big brand, big priced advertised product advertises that their product does not contain wheat and grass because those ingredients are not good for you. This product does not contain those harmful ingredients and is sold at a lower price.

This is my first review of a product offered by Swanson after years of being a customer. With that said, I just could not go without leaving a comment about Miracle Reds and Macro Greens. These products are almost too good to be true. It is wonderful to find a super-food that is healthy for you and also tastes good. I look forward to having this everyday. The manufacturer suggests that you mix a scoop of this powder with half water and half apple juice (12 ounces total). I whirl in a blender. pour in a tall glass, add ice and a straw...DELICIOUS! Also..I personally feel no need to be concerned about the warning on label. Macro life clearly explains Prop 65 on their website.

90 servings ='s 3 months at one per day and it's great with just water. Also one of the better prices I found for this type of product. It's also nice knowing how easy it is to help yourself stay healthy--just put a tablespoon of this in water, maybe add some ice and drink it.

Verified OK, no lead worry
I called up Micro Life to ask about the lead. CA Prop 65 requires by law to inform toxic-chemicals. This is grown in soil without pesticides and is 70% organic, most all soil has lead. But this is processed thru the plant, thereby rendering it acceptable in the tiny amounts found. I was concered about industrial waste infiltration which is not the case here. Minerals can be dangerous if not processed thru a living organism first. I LOVE this product.

Super Anti-oxidant drink
Been using Miracle Reds since my first detox 2 years ago. I chose this product after comparing tons of labels and ingredient lists. This is organic, non-GMO, packed (and I mean packed) with great ingredients and nutrition. Tastes good with plain water, awesome with live juice or in a smoothie. Easy to sneak into juice or smoothies for the kids (smaller serving, please). I feel lousy if I don't drink this daily. This is the one superfood I will not do without.

A little goes a long way
At first this seemed to me like it was a bit pricey. But instead of the usual one or two big scoops most others say is a portion size, this is a small scoop, so the container lasts a long time. A small hand mixer is helpful for dissolving better, but it has a vibrant taste, even if mixed with only water.

Amazing product
I use this delicious powder with my favorite smoothie. 1 teaspoon Swanson Miracle Reds Anti-Oxidant Super Food 1 teaspoon Vegan Biochem protein ½ teaspoon nutritional yeast flakes 1 teaspoon energy revitalization system powder 1 6 oz. Chobany fat free yogurt 1 cup of fat free organic milk 2 teaspoons of honey 6 strawberries 1/3 cup blueberries ½ cup raspberries 4 blackberries I drink this smoothie every morning it helps a lot. I feel full for about 8 hours. My blood test is perfect my hair and nails are shiny and I am happy. I would recommend everybody to try Swanson products. Just compare store prices and Swanson’s and you will see the difference. Swanson is the best and the cheapest.
