I've been using this for many months. I would get muscle cramps at night. AWFUL! I tried other brands of magnesium, but this is, by far, the BEST!! I won't be without. Highly recommend. Don't waste your money on drugstore brands. Worthless.

I regret that it took me so long to figure this out. I have been using this magnesium bisglycinate for many, many years. When I started taking it, there were 400 mg/2 capsules. Great! Then I noticed it was 400 mg/3 capsules. Okay, whatever. Now it's 72 mg/3 capsules!!!????? 17% of the RDA?????? How much money have I wasted? I'm livid that I didn't once this nonsense before and that they have the gall to change the dose with no front label change so customers would be aware! And, they still sell this for the same price at such a tiny dose!!
