A: Yes, is sewn in place to form molded cups. It’s not a shelf bra and the foam is not removable.

A: This item is by dress size rather than bra size. Size large is recommended for dress size 12-14, size xl is recommended for dress size 16-18, size xxl is recommended for dress size 20-22, and size 3x is recommended for dress size 24-26.

A: Definitely not for jogging. For more stationary workouts, sure. But it's super slimming shapewear, so you will be getting squeezed throughout your workout lol

But since there's 2 layers of fabric, you could cut out the interior layer altogether (though then the remaining layer might be so thin as to be translucent compared to the rest of the garment (which has 2 layers throughout).

Not all of us who need a medium have breasts big enough to fill the cups. Maybe make different sizes with different sized breast cups. Also, it doesn’t really make my stomach look any smaller. And I don’t have much of a belly but it doesn’t hide it at all

Love everything about this - just wish the straps were a bit wider so they didn't dig into my shoulders as much. Love the molded cups that keep my 34D/DD chest supported and separated ALL DAY. I am 5'8" and 150 pounds... I wear a size 8 and I went with the medium, with offers gentle shaping across my torso. I tried on a small and preferred the compression in that size, but the cups were too small for my bust, so I went with a medium. This washes well and the bottom does not roll up on me and goes to my lower hips. Prefer this cami to much more expensive versions from HoneyLove, etc. Love that this doesn't have stupid pads that move around and fall out when washed. Molded cups are the way to go!! Wearing this now in the summer and still breathable. Ditch the underwire bra and wear this for smooth, comfy support all day long.

I wear dress size 12. I ordered size medium but it turned out to be pretty much like an undershirt. It doesn’t compress anything. My belly shape stayed the same. Going to return it. They focused on producing something that is very comfortable rather than a shapewear that can sculpt your belly

So tight it was hard getting on, and the cups are HUGE. I’m tall and thin, 5’9” 130lbs 26 waist, A cup. The medium was so snug very compressive, almost too much and the cups are definitely for someone with a full B or larger.

First of all one of these reviews stated that this fit her daughter with a A cup at 5'4 at 130+ pounds. This is nonsense and led me to buying the wrong size. The cups on this are HUGE and would fit my former size of 32DD. Thanks for the waste of time to this reviewer. If you are going to write reviews do them right. I would have ordered x small or small not a medium! This also has no tummy support at all. I will be returning this

I would recommend this with the caveat that I don’t think it will work for everyone. I am a 36D, a large in shirts and with a long torso. I think it fits perfectly without any spillover. It might work still if I was a C or DD(maybe). The compression feels great for daily wear. Smoothing and shaping with comfort. In the photo, you can see the padding is there, but a bit of a nip showing. I often have issues with this. If you don’t usually have problems needing thicker padding this will be fine for you.

I love these - bought 6, it’s all I wear now! I am a small 36A and good bras are so hard to find for us itty bitty girls. It has the perfect amount of padding to give a nice fuller shape! Yes, it’s hard to put on, especially after a shower/when wet and my hubby doesn’t like em bc everything is locked down lol but they do a great job at smoothing out a slight mom bump - I still have about 7lbs of baby tummy -anything more than that would probably not be hidden that well under these! Try it as target is great and convenient for returns, (especially using the drive up) if it doesn’t work for you.

This cami snatches you too nicely, I had to rush home after a few hours because I felt like it was squeezing my organs. It’s also tough to put on since it is so tight. I am not used to compression but if you are give it a go.

I am 5’4” and 34DD. I usually wear a size small or medium in tops and I got a size large. Fits great! Makes the girls look good. I didn’t get it so much for the tummy control but I think most people would be happy with that as well. I got this so I wouldn’t need to wear a bra and a tank underneath a sheer mesh top.

Love this brand and bra cami, can't find it anywhere anymore so I got all that I found for myself and daughter, she's 5'4" 130-140 and this fit her perfect in medium with about an a-cup size. I'm 5'6" nearing 200lbs about c cup and the xL fits perfect, but large has just a bit smaller cup like b size. I used to use the Med and large when I was between 150-190, however my breast have started spilling over so I needed to go a size up. Love that there's no thick padding, and no wire😍
