Adam Young shares helpful tools along with what he has experienced in his own life and through working with clients to clearly articulate how the various parts of our stories affect who we are in the present. I would highly recommend this book (and Adam's podcast) to anyone who is ready to engage with their story with honesty, courage, and kindness.
