I've been looking for a good matte setting spray. This does the job really well, as the makeup does not budge one bit! The spray was not as misty but I prefer it that way since there's more product. There's a slight drying sensation but it's not irritating. The only con is the smell. It's a very strong floral scent that permeats the room and makes my head ache. Would not recommend to people who have sensitive smell or chronic migraines. I wish they made a scentless version of this.

It's decent
I’m 50/50 on this product. I bought it because it claimed to be mattifying. After some trail and error, I realized that it works better if I use it before I set my face. It did help my makeup stay on all day, but it didn’t keep my face matte. I would’ve given this product at least 4 stars if it helped control oils for at least a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good. Using in conjunction with the Hydra-Matte setting powder. Makeup lasts all day and face remains powdery soft. Very fine mist, easy to use. I think I may even prefer this over the Superfix setting mist spray which I love.

Didn't like the smell
I couldn't get past the smell. The fragrance was really strong and sticks around. The fragrance is fruity and floral but in an overpowering and artificial kind of way.
