While the NYX Epic Ink Liner is often highlighted for being vegan, cruelty-free, and free from parabens, phthalates, and aluminum, it is not entirely oil-free. The product's ingredient list includes PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil. This ingredient is derived from castor oil and polyethylene glycol (PEG), and it acts as an emulsifier and surfactant, often helping to mix fragrances into water-based formulas. So, even though it doesn't contain what we typically think of as traditional "oils" like vegetable or mineral oils, the presence of this oil-derived component means it can't be strictly classified as completely oil-free. A: It's really good at staying put! The only time it's ever budged for me is when I was sobbing for a very long time during a sad movie. I have oily lids and it works great.

Not a winner
I really didn't like this eyeliner. I got it bc I can't ever find the Nyx Epic Wear Liquid Liner Long-Lasting Waterproof Eyeliner in stores anymore, THAT is an amazing eyeliner. But the eyeline was so thin in this one it would contantly drip while I was trying to apply and it makes it really hard to get a nice straight line. Also the lid always pops off in my makeup bag and it dried out. It also claims to be waterproof and if I licked my thumb and rubbed it it would come right off.

The best eyeliner for bold makeup.
My all time favorite eyeliner. I do lots of big and bold makeup looks. The brush tip is great for fine detail work and filling in large spaces. It’s incredibly long lasting but comes off easy with makeup remover. Drug store price but luxury quality.

I like it!
I use this every single day, I love it as my back up eyeliner. I’m out of my main eyeliner which is nyx as well. However this one says it’s waterproof but it rubs off so easy. It easy to do my wings and is perfect for every day or touch ups. However it is not water proof.

Have only worn it once but oh my god it never left my face. Full night out, crashed and wore it to sleep, wore it all the next day until I finally washed my face. This stuff did not move! I was amazed. Also to note, Asian hooded eye lids and it still did not move.
