Good afternoon, If you do actually weigh the product it should be 15.2 ounces, the container itself is actually a 16 oz. container as we do not have containers in a 15.2 oz. size. All of our items are weighted during the manufacturing process and would be kicked off the line if short filled, so it should weight correctly. Thank you
