Ramen noodles are versatile. Ramen Noodles can be used easily as a main course or as an enhancing side dish. To do this, simply drain off the broth then add any variety of vegetables or your favorite meat before warming in a frying pan or oven. A: They do make a lower sodium version of the ramen, however with over 1000 mg. of sodium per package, the product is still an unhealthy sodium provider. The only way to really make this low sodium is to ditch the seasoning packet and prepare the noodles, then add your own low sodium broth, low sodium soy sauce, maybe a few drops of sesame oil, veggies and protein. You still have the hydrogenated oils in the noodles to worry about...
