Never use oiled or treated cloths on lacquered finishes. Some finishes can be wiped with a damp (not wet) cloth, followed at once by rubbing with a dry cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges. For persistent spots, gently clean with a soft cloth and a solution of water and mild soap, make sure to wipe dry. Use adhesive felt pads, coasters and placemats to protect your furniture.....

A: Hello, These tables are made of painted wood. We suggest dusting regularly with a soft, dry cloth and wiped with a damp (not wet) cloth, followed at once by rubbing with a dry cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges. For persistent spots, gently clean with a soft cloth and a solution of water and mild soap, make sure to wipe dry. Use adhesive felt pads, coasters and place mats to protect your furniture. Quality is good. Color is NOT white, off white, or antique white. The color is gray. I returned them because gray doesn't work in the decor. There was another review saying the same thing, but I thought I would give them a try. No go. Very gray.

I ordered these thinking they would be a white, off white or distressed white and they actually had a greenish tint to them. They went back right away. My other ratings are based on if the product had actually been some sort of white. The tables seemed solidly constructed.
