Maple French toast hair care liposomal
I heard such great reviews about this brand and thought I would try these for hair growth but I can't get past the flavor. I tried it on its own and it was horrible and I even tried it with apples and that helped but I have to make sure I stock up on apples. Any suggestions on how to take this? I really want to leave a proper review.

My Hair Feels Stronger and Healthier!
I've been using the Hair Care Liposomal for a few weeks now and I'm already noticing less shedding and more shine. It's super easy to take and I actually look forward to it, tastes surprisingly good too!

The liposomal hair care packs sometimes are nice and sirupy and other times they're mostly oily. I might stop my auto order if this doesn't get caught in quality control.

Awful Taste!
This was so awful of a taste I could not find a way to take it. I put it over pancakes, I put it in smoothies, I even baked it in cookies and nothing would help with how bad this item tasted.

Easy for on the go.
I like this over waffles or pancakes. Chilling it in the refrigerator prior to use thickens the texture a bit. It's also great for on the go & traveling. I gifted to a friend and they mix it in their morning smoothies.

My hair is growing!
I wasn't sure at first if there was any change in my hair from taking the hair growth lipsomal but when I visited my hair stylist she informed me of proximate 2 months growth, which is about how long I had been taking it. It works! Thank you Mary Ruth!

Not my favorite flavor
I have had another liposomal in the same flavor and it was better than this one? It's not awful but definitely not the best either. Haven't really seen any difference as far as my hair. I would probably just stick to my regular liquid multi or the hair liquid multi next time.
