I heard such great reviews about this brand and thought I would try these for hair growth but I can't get past the flavor. I tried it on its own and it was horrible and I even tried it with apples and that helped but I have to make sure I stock up on apples. Any suggestions on how to take this? I really want to leave a proper review.

This was so awful of a taste I could not find a way to take it. I put it over pancakes, I put it in smoothies, I even baked it in cookies and nothing would help with how bad this item tasted.

I have had another liposomal in the same flavor and it was better than this one? It's not awful but definitely not the best either. Haven't really seen any difference as far as my hair. I would probably just stick to my regular liquid multi or the hair liquid multi next time.

After reading reviews I was very excited to try! The taste isn't the most palatable which makes it a bit harder to look forward to daily. Taking the peach Liquid morning and hair growth currently so maybe I'm spoiled from how that taste. Hoping it will all be worth it in the end
