The new formula is horrible. That is all of your recent reviews, as like the others said I loved the old formula. Looks like you have lost a lot of costumers with the change. Probably should go back to the old formula. Also the old formula was organic. This one is not. So I’m sure it’s more about the cost than anything else. Cheaper formula but asking for more $$$.

Waste of money
Tastes awful! Love other Vital Protein Collagen products but this creamer is awful. Disappointed that I wasted money on this one.

CHANGE THE FORMULA BACK!
I’ve been buying this product since 2018 and have purchased one every two weeks since then. The new formula is one, lower quality, but more importantly it tastes DISGUSTING now. The added stevia and maltodextrin ruined this product. I will not be purchasing this ever again.

New flavor is too sweet and not good at all! I used this for many years and loved the original taste, but now with the change I won’t be purchasing anymore. Please bring back original flavor!!!!!!

Bring back the old formula
New formula is overly sweet and tastes disgusting. Loved the old version Coconut Creamer and bought it for many years. Disappointing.

So gross
I didn’t even use the whole packet, just a tablespoon, and I still had to dump my coffee out. It was disgusting. Musty tasting and left a horrible aftertaste.

Changed the old, clean formula to something unrecognizable. Probably in order to cut costs. It takes like chemicals. Been using this product for 7 years. No longer will I be purchasing with the “new formula”. I mixed fine before if you used a small whisk. You’re not fooling us!

New formula is bad!
Ugh... so disappointed in the new formula! Why was Stevia (an artificial sweetner) added to the formula? It's overpowering and much too sweet. The whole point of taking collagen is to be healthy. Also, the texture is different. It now has a gelatin consistency. Not a fan. I sincerely hope you bring back the old formula or I will have to discontinue use. Another thing I noticed is the amino acid profile, which shows the mg of each amino acid, is gone on the new formula. You're a health company, we need to see what we're putting into our bodies. The one good change is not putting the scoop in the container. It's better for the environment. So thank you for that. Bring back the old formula without the scoop!

I have been using and loving this product for years; I actually looked forward to my morning coffee because if it; since it has been “reformulated” I can’t even stand the taste. The stevia is disgustingly sweet and I will no longer be purchasing. So disappointed.

I’ve used this product for 5+ years and loved everything about it! Added some protein, healthy fats and nice subtle vanilla flavor to my coffee each morning. The new product is SO sweet though. It’s not even the same. I’m writing this review in hopes that it adds to the list of us hoping the company can bring back the old formula! Unfortunately I don’t think I will continue to buy this if it stays as sweet as it is.

Hate the new taste
I enjoyed the taste of this creamer and used it every day for about three years, but the addition of stevia has ruined the flavor. I cannot stand the taste and wish they had kept the original, unsweetened version. I’m so disappointed.

New Formula Unusable
I used this product every day for 2 years and loved starting my day with it. Since the switch to the new formula I can’t even use it and I haven’t found anything to replace this product from another vendor. I don’t know why the company would change a formula that was so popular but it was unfortunate. Bring back the old formula so I can use it again!

The new creamer with stevia is disgusting, I can’t even give it away it’s so bad. I’ve been using this product religiously for years and now I’m going to have to find a replacement. They need to go back to the old formula before it’s too late.
