I am not currently pregnant and these smell awful. There is no way I would have been able to handle these when I was pregnant and had morning sickness. I put them in the fridge and the smell is still awful. No doubt they’re good for you but can not get beyond the smell

I love this product for the taste, which is almost minty, and because it is also a good source of iron and other sources of essential nutrients to support a healthy pregnancy. Although I am not pregnant, or currently looking to get pregnant yet, I love this product and have recommended it to some friends who are pregnant.

I used these while pregnant, decided to switch to a different brand because that brand bundled a lot of other options. The other brand gave me terrible heart burn and didn't help keep things moving. With these I had a BM everyday and they didn't give me heart burn. I've ditched the other brand and am back with M.R. prenatal Probiotics

There are so many benefits to taking a prenatal probiotic for both mom and baby. The taste is not great, especially in first trimester where the sensory for taste and smell is off the rails. But go for it and chug. Maybe take these with milk or juice instead of water. Overall a great product. Has lots of good supplements in it, including Choline which is important for when looking for a supplement during pregnany and postpartum.

While I really enjoy these prenatals, the smell is awful! They smell very fishy and I have to hold my breath to get them down without gagging. Although, I love the vitamins it has and it is a easy way to get probiotics in. I only wished it smelled/tasted better!

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because this is the only one of Mary Ruth's products that to me has a weird smell. Considering that its for prenatal I can't imagine a pregnant person being able to tolerate the smell of this. I got my husband the liquid form and prefer his.

Early in the pregnancy this was the one supplement I choaked down and I'm so thankful for everything packed in! My doctor and I highly recommend this blend. I did start to store it in the fridge, even though it's shelf stable, I thought it kept the scent of them down a little bit.
