I have some severe food allergies (gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, mushrooms, shellfish) and eating out was always a nightmare. I have a blue card, which helps, but cross-contamination is always a worry. Since I found these enzymes, I take one before the meal and I’ve been fine! Better safe than sorry! I’m not going to try eating what I’m allergic to, but I can be safe from cross-contaminares!

These are REALLY helpful for me. There are so many foods that I have found out that I can’t eat. With this I can enjoy some of them again as long as I don’t go overboard

These really work! I take one to start my day and any time I eat a big meal or something my stomach is sensitive to. Also helps if I over eat, it's a good back up. I never have any weird side effects like I have on other similar products. Always have a bottle in my purse!

I just gave this a try this week because I couldn't get the basic enzymes that I have used in the past. This is BETTER! At least for me...I find even more reduction in bloating, abdominal discomfort and am overall feeling better. I think this will be my new go-to!

I have had GI issues all my life and had my gallbladder removed in 2016. I recently decided to give Mary Ruth's Ultra Digestive Food Enzymes a try. They're a total game changer. They have helped relieve the frequent gas and bloating I've always dealt with and I don't spend as much time in the bathroom anymore. The only regret I have is not trying these sooner!

Having IBS-D and diverticulitis for several years now with all bloodwork, urine and stool samples (taken two times now and both times everything was normal), I decided to venture out on my own. I researched and that research lead me to Mary Ruth's! In one week of using this enzyme I do not have the urgency to evacuate after eating, no diaherra, bloating and gas are almost non existent. My diet is limited so I knew fats were a big issue for me. The Doctors can take their amitriptyline back and do you know what with, so disappointed with my local health care. I have had issues with digestion my entire life. Every time I eat I'm in pain afterwards. It makes eating enough very difficult. I've noticed I'm able to eat foods I wasn't able to be for. I'm still cautious about consuming too much gluten, but will have some every now and then with no symptoms.
