Q: how do you set a code after the factory code? i lose the instructions
A: 1. With dials on your code, pull out shackle. 2. Turn shackle counterclockwise 90° (1/4 turn) and press it down. 3. Continue FIRMLY PRESSING SHACKLE DOWN and turn another 90° (1/4 turn). 4. Set the dials to your own combination. 5. Turn shackle clockwise back to the original 90° position. 6. Lift shackle and return shackle to closed position.

A: This lock is equipped with set you own combination functionality. Unfortunately, once the owner changes the combination we are unable to determine this combination nor open the lock.
