My biys loved it.
My kids loved this train. It’s nice to manage and hold. My son it’s only 3 years old and he loved this train. He plays with it for hours. It’s very easy to move around the wooden tracks and looks nice.

Wheels of front car swing too much- unusable
The wheels to the first car swing so much one needs 3 hands to stabilize then to get them aligned to the track. this was hard and frustrating enough for me, more so for the 4 year old whom I wanted to make happy. he ended up in tears saying he was frustrated. That speaks volumes!

Great wooden Polar Express
We actually liked this toy (I saw the other review for 1-star). It works with our other wooden train sets from Brio and Thomas. It’s a nice wooden representation of the Polar Express train, great for younger kids. Would definitely purchase for a young Polar Express fan.

Poorly designed
The wheel pieces on the engine spin all the way around and derail constantly. Also, there is no vertical give in the wheel pieces, so the can't go on elevation pieces without derailing. It's just a mess when you try to play with them. My two year old twins quickly became frustrated. They are difficult to play with. Disappointing.
