The topper got here within 3 days and didn't have much of a smell, which was so nice not to have to deal with off-gassing. It is softer than I expected based on the description and other reviews. I purchased it to go over a very hard mattress to offer additional support for pressure points as a side sleeper. It's comfortable, but over the course of the night I feel myself sink in deep enough that I still experience the pressure points. I'm sure this is the kind of topper some people are looking for and the price point was reasonable so I will give it 4 stars, but not a total winner for me.

LOVE the topper, would give it 6/5 stars, it is so comfortable and has helped with pain, but only giving 3 stars because of how long it took it ship. It said 3-5 days but was not received until 3 weeks later. Had to call twice before it was shipped out even after being told it was in stock.

exceptionally well-made mattress support topper, substantial material put together well. I had hoped for a firmer topper in order to mitigate the problems associated with my new high end purple queen size mattress. Have had three purple mattresses over the years and this is the first one so poorly made, I woke with lower back pain every morning . This topper is quite plush and comfy but unfortunately it cannot remedy the inherent problems in the mattress.
