Perfect to make my trundle bed into king bed
Needed to convert twin trundle beds into a king bed for holiday guests and this 4” topper is perfect. So comfortable that my daughter wants to sleep on this guest bed instead. No manufacturing foam smell too. I feel much more confident that my very picky family member will be pleased! And I really appreciated the SMS assistant when I was ordering.

Quality Mattress Topper
I purchased a new mattress online that turned out to be a little too firm for a side sleeper like myself. After researching mattress toppers and reading the good reviews on ViscoSoft I decided to make the purchase. The 2” topper turned out perfect for reliving pressure points on my shoulder and hips without feeling like I was sinking in too far. I’ve purchased toppers in the past that didn’t work. As soon as you unbox the ViscoSoft topper you can tell the difference in quality. Glad I made the purchase.

The 2” pad is perfect for my slightly to firm mattress relieving some shoulder pain. I would recommend the 3” if you want more of a soft sink in feel.

Not As Supportive
This is my second Viscosoft high density topper. Regrettably, I have found this Viscosoft topper not as supportive as my first topper. My hips literally fall into an impression in the topper and are unsupported. The rebound and support of the topper can only be described as poor. Disappointing.

Perfect

Good quality
At first I was concerned that it was too firm, because I bought it to soften a too firm bed. The first few nights, I thought I may need to return it. But then something happened. Either I adjusted to it, or it adjusted to me and now I am sleeping great! I’m hopeful that continues.

Not the topper for me!
I had high hopes for this mattress topper, but it wasn't the right fit for me. The topper made my mattress too high, so I had to get a stool to get in bed, and once in bed, I had more knee and hip pain than before I put the topper on. I'm a restless sleeper, and the high loft made it hard to roll over. It was like sleeping inside a marshmallow. Which some may love, but it wasn't the right topper for me.

Company didn't ship--buyer beware!
Disappointed with this purchase. Ordered on 11.24 and supposed to receive by 11.26....and my package was never shipped by the company (3rd party). As of today 12/8, I have never received my item. Target's only option was to refund me--but they (target) would not honor the price I purchased it at on black friday as a re-order/purchase since it was a 3rd party. From a customer service standpoint, I don't recommend this item because that just isn't good business, but I never received it to try. Buyer beware of the company's issues with shipping products.
