I really want to return this product. It just feels too soft and warm. Maybe it's for some but definitely not what I bargained for. After developing some back pain and feeling super warm at night, I finally removed it from my bed. Was hoping to add some more comfort to my bed. Hope I can return.

I’ve only used for a few weeks, it seems to be sinking in the spot I sleep on, not holding it’s shape. So I’m waiting to see how it is by end of the month.

I was giving it a chance, I thought that Iit would be firmer, it becomes a like a nest, not what I was expecting and hoping for, the instructions said to leave to get firm and no it’s very soft . Actually I would like to return it.
