Maui Jim Equator Wrap Sunglasses

For everyday I prefer the bronze lens, but purchased these for fishing glasses. Attractive, great coverage and the polarized lens is optimal for sight fishing. I think the gray, may be slightly better for fishing!

Maui green glass lenses provide incredible clarity and glare protection. Equator frames are great for large faces. Polarizing is incompatible with automobile heads-up displays.

I love these glasses. They cut down glare the best of any I’ve ever owned the wrap around design helps to block light from coming in on the side. They’re lightweight and comfortable.

These glasses are light weight, fit my face well and stay on. They look excellent and the anti-glare quality they have is unparalleled. I had an old pair of Maui Jim sun glasses that I loved. Unfortunately they broke and the parts to replace them were no longer available. MJ was kind enough to give me a discount on a new pair instead thoguh. Their customer service is unparalleled as well.

No comparison on how these sunglasses look, feel, and, the incredible protection they provide out in the sun! Hands down the best sunglasses out there! I wouldn't wear anything else but my Maui Jim Equators!

My first pair of Maui Jim's and prescription sunglasses. The eye doctor lady sold me on them by talking up yall's lens and quality, and I couldn't be more happier! Ive had them just over a month and I love them. Definitely want to get some more pairs. Now to find stores in my area that holds more styles of yall's frames. The case could use a little work though, but keep up the good work. I love the glasses.

I have worn the Big Wave for years. I decided to switch it up and get the Equator with the green tint on the glass. The clarity is incredible! I still use my Big Waves for golf and hunting but for driving, there is nothing like the Equators.

Went into my local Shopko Optical for a pair of sunglasses. I was steered toward these by the Optician after I told her I wanted something with quality, a good fit and a polarized finish. Tried on multiple glasses and in the end this was the keeper. I am extremely happy with these. I am not a sunglass aficionado but these things have been a game changer and a statement for me. I love the weight and feel of them on my face. I have two other pairs that I wear by other manufacturers but after owning these I will now only purchase Maui Jims. I am pleasantly surprised and impressed by these. They make my one pair feel flimsy and the other pair feel cheap. The temple length of 135 is perfect for me and at first while I thought I wouldn't like the Maui Green lenses I have to admit I now love them. The quality and feel of these has surpassed my expectations and I can see now why the MJ brand is as popular with owners as it is. Thank you!

I had a great pair of glasses but they were scratched so sent in for repair. They were discontinued so they offered another pair. Received today and they are very cheap made and case was awful. Maui has gone downhill...

Since I bought my first pair of Maui Jims over 10 years ago, I have never purchased any other brand. The only problem that I have encountered personally is that the frames seem too wide... and I have a head like a lunchbox. These frame types don't clamp onto the skull and hang on, so it is very easy to drop them. But the best Eyewear on the planet !!! I LOVE MAUI JIM. ️

My new favorite sunglasses. Maui Jim glasses are a cut above the rest and with amazing customer service you can’t go wrong. These glasses are so comfortable. They are not heavy even despite being a larger frame. They stay on the head securely and have a great length. They have a lot of coverage for your eyes. I customized mine to have black frames with grey lenses and they are awesome. They look like I’m ready to say “I’ll be back!” If I ever get the chance I will get some with the Lava lenses. I have the green lenses and they are amazing. Overall, if you have a larger head, these will look amazing on you. The style of the frames really are unique, functional, and fashionable.

I just purchased the Equator model with the Hawaii Lava lenses, and they're my new favorite! I love them for everything from overcast days to intermittent sun and clouds to full sun days. They're similar to the bronze HCL and Blue Hawaii but have a bit more high contrast tint to them. I have owned about a dozen Maui Jim glasses and I really think the glass lenses are above the rest in both clarity and scratch resitancy. I also own a couple pairs of the Peahi model and knew that the lenses are about the same size (width and height), I took a bit of a gamble on the frame, having never tried them prior to having my optometrist ordering them, but they fit my face just as perfect as the Peahi, and offer great wrap coverage. Which is perfect for all the fishing I do, but the glasses are great for everyday wear for larger faces.

I don’t like these sunglasses I love them! They are very comfortable for large heads. They are also light, I can’t feel them in my face. Make things look crystal clear.
