These polarized rimless sunglasses were named after the Hawaiian word 'ho'okipa,' which means hospitality. Disappointment
There was a rattle in them when I moved them. Sent back and now awaiting them to send me a new pair. Whenever that will be. Also disappointing that the new sunglasses no longer come with a case to store them in. I like to protect them when I’m not using them. Just very disappointed in this whole process so far.

Love my new sunglasses. I am planning to make their grand appearance in Aruba in a few weeks. That will be the test for them to see if they make it a complete day out in the sun without any pain behind my ears. Love how they look!

Love them
ordered for my husband to replace the ones we bought in Maui, and other than I didn't buy the metal frame that he had before he loves them. SO my bad. The lenses are awesome. We both have a pair, and I can no longer go anywhere without them and we both wear them every day. They also help us see through rainstorms better.

Expected Better Features & Durability
Nose pads are not adjustable and glasses sit too close to face and eye brows. Overall, the glasses feel loose in their fittings, and are difficult to don without flexing and moving in their fittings.

Lava Lenses
This is my 5th pair of Maui Jim sunglasses, and I still have all 5 pairs. The service you get after purchasing your frames make that possible. It is the absolute best! The frames are lightweight and the polarized lenses really cut the glare. I find they are stylish and effective whether out for a drive or playing tennis. Maui Jim's all the way!
