Good fit but misleading color
The fit is great for a small face and the shape is flattering. However, based on the picture I expected a more obvious color transition on the frames. They appear to be a blue gray color overall without the dramatic transition in the online picture that made them so interesting to look at. They work well, as sunglasses go, but somewhat disappointed with the appearance.

Feather Sound
I purchased the blue grey fade in Maui Brilliant because the weight difference was noticeable. They are very light weight and comfortable. I have a small face and fit nicely covering the upper part of my eyes without slipping down. My only improvement would be thinner temples and more bend in the temples. But Im sure they will adjust over time and stretch a little.

Not what I expected
The color of the frames is much darker than the picture. It doesn’t look anything like the picture. I ordered these because the description stated that they were for a smaller face. The glasses were way too big and did not appear to be the same Maui Jim quality that I am used to.

Missing usual spring hinges
Love the lenses and frames. However, I am incredibly disappointed that these do not have the usual spring hinges, instead have cheap squeaky hinges. Do better.

Squeaky sunglasses
Positives: 1. Lightweight 2. Glass lenses 3. Excellent optics of the lenses 4. AR coating on the backside of the lenses 5. Trendy look and beveled finish on the frame front Negatives: 1. Makes a lot of squeaky noise 2. Nylon frame material is much cheaper compared to other nylon frames from Maui Jim such as the Kawika 3. The visibility is quite restricted due to the small lenses

Not as expected
Debating on keeping or returning. Not crazy about frame material. Seem plastic-y and rather cheap. I am an avid Maui Jim wearer. Have over a dozen pairs. Love the color (blue gray) but these are my least favorite frames due to above mentioned. Sorry MJ. :(
