[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maven Lane Alexander backless counter stool is so much more than I thought it would be. If you've purchased this beautiful barstool without seeing it in person, plan to be pleasantly surprised. Not only is it bigger than you'd imagine, it's also super comfortable! The seat swivels 360° which makes it easier to use. It's very well made and sturdy. It is a bit of a bear putting it together because this is real, grown-up furniture. It's also very heavy. Since it is so heavy I wouldn't purchase this as extra seating you can move around in case of company. On the downside, I don't care for the material used on the seating. It doesn't feel as grand or as expensive as the rest of the stool. It feels like rubber. I don't see this holding up well if you have children. If you don't I think you'll be alright, just be careful of punctures. Overall this is an attractive, well made piece of furniture which is adding charm and class to my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This barstool is beautiful, I had to go to Maven Lane to buy more matching ones! The vegan leather is so nice and the wood finish is stunning! It looked amazing on my light wood floors. Sitting on this stool I felt like because there was such a large seat I was able to better support my back even without there being a back to it. These are very wide stools so don’t expect to fit four under your kitchen counter, but that’s okay because the comfort and sleekness of these 2-3 would still look amazing. I would shop for more at Maven Lane. And this was easy to assemble, all materials sent to you and it took less than 20 minutes. Looks and feels elegant.

Upholstery work is well done and the padding is very comfortable. Everyone at my party loved it and it was nice to have some fancy extra seating! Thank you so much :)
