Mom of 4 - WORST car seat I’ve ever had! I purchased this seat wanting a ‘luxury’ upgrade for my newest baby. Wrong. The handle is hard to move, it sticks and is hard to push the buttons in the move it up and down. The canopy is cheap and doesn’t stay put. Worst of all the base was recalled (latch problem) and has to be installed with the belt and I’ve gotten no response about a time frame for replacement. I’m going to be moving him into a convertible seat sooner than I would normally because it’s been such a pain. Avoid this seat at all costs. Either splurge for a Nuna or go with a Chicco or something cheaper. This seat is not worth it.

Car seat is wobbly when attached to stroller and also the handles are wobbly off of the stroller. Feels like it’s gonna break when just carrying it. Apparently it is normal. Other than that I like it rides smooth.

I really wanted to love this stroller especially after all the research I did in searching for th e perfect stroller for me and my family. Unfortunately, i felt like the price of this did not meet my standards. Sadly the only thing good about this is the bassinet portion. The car seat seams so cramped up even when my baby was 2 months he looked very uncomfortable in it. Putting the stroller away with the bassinet attached is such a hassle and very heavy. Everything else besides the actual bassinet I am not a fan of. And again for the price I paid I would've been better off would something much more sleek and way more efficient in a travel system. Again really upset because i was so excited about my Maxi-Cosi Stroller when it came in.

Love that this is a well priced travel system with a bassinet option. My little enjoys the bassinet even at 6 months and it's great for naps on the go. The car seat, however, is a pain to use. The button are not intuitive and tough to use especially for moms with sore/tired wrists and hands from new baby duty. It is impossible to tighten and gets twisted constantly. Also, the stroller front wheels tend to lock up a lot which makes it not super nimble. Otherwise, it looks great and doesn't seem cheap at all. Looks and feels relatively high end. Baby seems comfortable and safe! For the bassinet options on the market - this is a good one without breaking the bank but we won't be getting the car seat again.
Would buy this travel system all over again!

I love the stroller but it can use some better straps to adjust better. Now the car seat sucks! It gets stuck when trying to get it from the base and I wish when you attached it to the stroller it was easier you have to use so much body weight for you to make sure car seat is leveled correctly before clicking it into the adapter bcs if not only one side will be in and the other not.. it's just a little hassle. Overall not purchasing this again with my second baby.

Purchased the Zelia Max travel system for my baby and have had nothing but issues with it. Since using the base and car seat, the company has had to send me 2 replacement bases. The first due to a constant rattling noise coming from the base while driving. The second replacement was because every time I would remove the seat from the base the base would become loose from my vehicle, obviously a major safety hazard. Also, when removing the car seat from the stroller it causes you to have to lift and hold the seat in an awkward way. It's difficult to maneuver the seat into the car due to the way it has to be lifted from the stroller and I can only see it getting more difficult as my baby gets heavier. If I could get my money back I would in a heart beat and spend it on something else. This set is not worth the price

My baby is 1 years old and we've had this stroller since she was born. The infant car seat is lightweight and easily attaches to the stroller. When my daughter grew out of the infant car seat, we were able to use the toddler seat attachment. I like how you can switch which way the seat faces, whether it's towards you or looking out. It's very high quality and my daughter loves her stroller!
The carseat is wobbly in the base!! Unsafe.

The car seat base connection is super loose. It seems very unsafe. Also it is huge so putting a newborn in this with the lack of proper support doesn’t seem very safe either. The stroller is confusing and I still can figure out how to make it into a seat or bassinet. Lol will keep trying on that though

This is by far the most inconvenient stroller I have ever owned. And trust me I’ve owned plenty with 4 kids under my belt. The biggest drawbacks back are the adapters required to attach the car seat to the stroller base. An even bigger inconvenience is that you need to press 2 buttons simultaneously will also lifting at the same time to get the car seat off the stroller base. The buttons are also in an awkward spot so it’s not the easiest thing to do. Buyers beware!

The main seat on the stroller is so small compared to other strollers. My 2 year old is a tiny toddler and it makes him look huge in it. If you want to use just the car seat on the stroller, you have to add the adapter inserts, meaning you have to carry them with you. Otherwise you are stuck with carrying the car seat if you forget them at home or you loose one. To remove the car seat from the stroller, you have to press down on the buttons near the car seat hand holder. It gets stuck so much. The car seat base is so huge and bulky.

The car seat the latch on the sides gets stuck when you want to bring down the little bar to get baby out. Stroller wheels randomly get hard to go and the bassinet addition it’s so hard to make it upright, my baby is leaning more back the front. Baby is now 13 months and I wouldn’t not get this one again.

Not sure why I’m seeing so many bad reviews here, however in my case this stroller has been amazing. It’s quick to put together once you understand how to. It was confusing at first I must admit. The bassinet stroller is sturdy and looks comfy for my baby. The car seat is great too, make sure you bring the adapters for it or else you can’t use the stroller. Eventually I’ll look into purchasing a different car seat once my baby grows out of this one.

My baby is one month old and we love the bassinet feature of the Zelia stroller. Unfortunately, the car seat gives me a hard time. This car seat is not good for a newborn. There is hardly any cushion on the infant insert, my baby has no neck support and her body sinks into the pit of the seat. The buttons to move the handlebar are very difficult to push and require both hands simultaneously to do so which puts great strain on my wrists. I recommend the stroller but definitely not the car seat for a newborn.
