Talk to a computer only. No replacements in stock, refund after they can see broken glass. Not what I expected. Best price though. Now you know why it is.

Lamps look good, if not damaged. For the second time, products came in with glass shattered. First call to supplier was vey helpful, second call had not been as responsive. We will install lamps until glass can be ordered.

I purchased 11 of these fixtures 3 years ago and have had to replace 3 because the interior shaft is rusting out

These are beautiful fixtures, but when exposed to Michigan sun, they fade from bronze to red-ish/purple, which is not the look we want. Disappointed that after 7 years outside they are no longer bronze. The warranty states that fading is normal, but I guess I just expected more.

We have several of these fixtures in the 31” size on the outside of our house; they look very high-end and have a classic look that will never look dated or trendy. These fixtures have been installed for over a decade as well and have had no issues with them at all. Great lighting all around!

We have installed 8 of these among numerous other fixtures around the exterior of our lodge and feel these are one of, if not, the best of our whole fixture package. This fixture has held up unbelievably to the harsh conditions here in Southeastern Oklahoma. We truly appreciate not only the durability but also the aesthetics of these beautifully designed fixtures. I would recommend this fixture 150%....

I've had this light installed an in daily use for 3 years. No signs of decay, fading or failure. I've installed smart bulbs so that I can adjust brightness at different times of overnight. I'm a very happy customer.
