the chandelier was not very tall and I think it would have looked much better for my use with seeded glass, not the frosted opaque glass shades.

I bought this along with several other fixtures in the Dart line to upgrade a townhouse we recently purchased. What a difference it made! This chandelier is well made and looks fantastic. It was also easy to install myself.
